Clients and even more, prospects can be demanding. Some businesses and “professionals” like to leverage their position of money and authority to take advantage of people who want or need the business so badly that they’ll say yes to just about any request. It isn’t fair and it isn’t right. Recognizing when to say when is a critical component of time and resource management. A carefully placed “no” will lead to better business relationships.
